Totally fair Vinita! Certainly you're right - if you have a team of 3-6 people, there will be a lot of shared responsibilities and it's more about actively making that choice to get involved with a start-up.

I worked for an org with 30+ employees with the mentality of shared responsibilities and it was utter chaos haha.

It's all about knowing what you're getting into before you accept the position.
