Thanks for your thought out reply. I was incorrect about the Niqaab and Hijab wording. At the time of this issue I was dating someone who wore a hijab, and she was under a constant stress due to this law possibly arising. Never looking directly into it, I took it at face value as being a sort of umbrella ban.

Anywho, I think your point is interesting and I think I agree for the most part. While writing this article I thought a lot about the the definition behind acceptable rights, and when freedom of choice gets dwarfed by the safety of society.

Where are the lines drawn for freedom versus safety? In my opinion these lines are tricky, with arguments on either side seeing backing and value.

Again, I agree with your argument. This section is really to highlight the fact that government making laws reducing women’s choice is not progression of freedom, but rather the opposite. Your argument still being valid under this opinion.

Again, I appreciate your response and I wanted to take the time to reply. My opinions are my own but I readily will admit when I’ve made a mistake.
